How I find the Creation Ministries International (CMI) work

 very beneficial to me!
When I share with non-believers, I notice I start from some aspect of God as our Creator or the soon imminent return of the Lord Jesus from heaven to earth. That is,
I talk about matters connected with our Creator and Origins or its end, with the soon imminent return of the Lord Jesus. (Latter is the creation coming under new management). Should the discussion go well enough I ultimately move to the middle ground with the death, burial and resurrection of the Lord 2000 years ago, that’s my ultimate goal!

Talking Creation very often brings up a discussion of Evolution. Two of the tracts I often leave with people are “Who is the Designer?” and “ Do you know the difference between Natural Selection and Evolution?”
Involvement with CMI and Friends of CMI Hunter Valley, has helped me to be better informed of the issues and access to the Bookshop a great blessing.
Meeting with like-minded people once a month and planning to assist CMI future visits to the valley and beyond is very rewarding. Going to new churches always leaves me feeling much blessed and I profit more even if I sometimes hear the same message twice.

Great strengths of CMI to me are its commitment to a no compromise literal, historic interpretation of Genesis, dedicated Christian scientists who travel great distances to share the message in churches and schools and it seems anywhere people sincerely want the truth.
Its provision of excellent materials (books Dvds tracts) to inform young people to the ancient (like me).

I remember hearing a young man at a visiting church say around our creation table full of books etc "I can believe in the Creator but don’t believe the world is thousands of years old".  One of our workers talked with him and pointed to all the tables wealth of information on this subject. I marvel at the wisdom of our God and the way he raises up what is needed at the right time.  It’s a privilege to serve him and be blessed in this vital area of service for his glory!!!!!!

What happened in High School nearly 30 years ago:
Just another Assignment, but this one was different - the science teacher wanted us to analyse "Evolution - Fact or Fiction?" How could I answer this? He hadn't presented anything to convince me that the process being taught was true, yet I needed proper evidence for my argument against.
Some Seventh-Day Adventist friends lent me Creation books which opened up answers beautifully, & I wrote a 6-foolscap page essay on Evolution as unsupported "facts", in  other words - Fiction.
He didn't agree with my conclusion, but said it was well researched & argued, & as he didn't believe anyone could get a perfect score I was marked 19 and a half points out of 20! The top of the class!!

And the only student to argue against Evolution. This has really helped cement my faith.
